Grilled cheese sandwiches

Ingredients:

 

 

 

8 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or any of your choice)

 

4 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)

 

Butter (softened, for spreading on bread)

 

Instructions:

 

 

 

Prepare the bread: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

 

Assemble the sandwiches: Place a slice of cheese between two slices of bread, with the buttered sides facing outward.

 

Cook the sandwiches: Preheat a pan or an air fryer. For an air fryer, place the sandwiches in a lined basket and cook at 180°C (350°F) for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden and crispy.

 

Serve: Once the cheese is fully melted and the bread is golden brown, remove the sandwiches and let them cool for a minute before serving.
